Farmhouse, now house. Dated 1793 at 1st floor; altered. Coursed squared sandstone, stone slate roofs. Rectangular double-depth plan. Two storeys and 3 windows; doorway between the 1st and 2nd bays with altered jambs and an arched stone head with a keystone; 3 vertical-rectangular windows on each floor, all with raised sills and rectangular lintels, and all now C20 casements. Ridge chimney between 2nd and 3rd bays, gable chimney to left.
