Small house. Later C18, altered. Coursed squared sandstone, stone slate roof. Double-depth double-fronted plan. Two storeys and 2 windows, almost symmetrical: a round-headed doorway offset left of centre with a broad rusticated quoined surround (painted white), and 2 vertical-rectangular windows on each floor, those at ground floor with raised sills and rectangular lintels and those at 1st floor with flush sills, and all with C20 glazing. Gable chimneys. Left gable wall: one 2-light casement on each floor towards rear (the lower now top-hung). Right-hand gable: inserted window close to front corner. Rear and INTERIOR not inspected. Forms part of interesting group at Garnett Lees.
