GV II

House. Late C19; altered. Coursed squared sandstone rubble facade, rendered gables and brick rear; slate roof (hipped at left end) with chimneys of yellow brick. L-plan: double-depth to left, single-depth to right. Two storeys and 2 windows, almost symmetrical; C20 glazed porch offset left of centre; sashed windows with raised sills and wedge lintels, and with early C20 applied lead patterns on leaves without glazing bars. Side-wall chimneys. Forms part of an interesting group at Garnett Lees, and is included for group value.
