Description
No. 113 on Scotch Street is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of stone with a rendered finish and has a concrete tile roof. The building has a single room double depth plan and stands three storeys high with three windows across its facade.
On the ground floor, there is a doorway to the left featuring a six-panel door and an open pedimented doorcase. In the center, there are two plate glass sash windows with plain surrounds, situated above a cellar door. To the right, there is a plain doorway with an architrave surround leading to a through passage. The first floor has three plate glass sash windows in plain surrounds, while the second floor has three smaller, similar windows. The roof is a single span with a stack located on the right gable.
Inside, the house retains a conventional layout, including a dog leg stair.
