Description

No. 28 is a farmhouse, now a house, dating from the early 18th century. It is built of uncoursed limestone rubble and features a gabled roof covered with 20th-century tiles. The house has end stacks, with the right stack made of brick and the left stack finished in stone and brick. The layout follows a 3-unit plan and the building has two storeys plus an attic, with a three-window range on the front. There are timber lintels above a 20th-century door and casement windows. Inside, the property includes chamfered beams and a collar-truss roof.
