Description
No. 12 is a house dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled thatched roof with brick stacks at the ends. The house has a two-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic, presenting a two-window range. The central door is a 20th-century plank door with a timber lintel above it. Flanking the door are 20th-century three-light casements with stone-clad lintels, and there are timber lintels over the 20th-century half-dormer casements. At the rear, there is a 18th-century service wing built of similar materials. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
