Description
Linch Farm is a house dating from the late 17th century that was remodelled in the 1970s. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled stone slate roof. The building has a brick stack at the right end and a ridge stack finished in brick. It has a three-unit plan, is two storeys high with an attic, and has a three-window range. There is a timber lintel above a 20th-century door located to the right of centre. Above three early 19th-century three-light casements are timber lintels, and there is a late 17th-century four-light wood-mullioned window with ovolo moulding. A 20th-century extension is present to the left of the front. The interior has not been inspected.
