GV II

Small single house with shop, inserted between adjacent terraces. c1820 with C20 additions. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, concrete tile roof. EXTERIOR: Two storeys, one window, plain sash above good late C19/early C20 shopfront, brought forward, between pilasters with fluted consoles, deep fascia and cornice, continued over doorway set in main wall plane, left, with early C20 glazed door and transom light, between door and shopfront narrow cheek with pilaster front. Frieze, cornice, blocking course and parapet. INTERIOR: Not inspected. Included for group value.
