Description
The piers, gate, and quadrant boundary walls to Linsley House and Clarendon House date from around 1860. They are constructed from limestone ashlar and feature a cast iron gate. The access to Clarendon House is marked by a decorative iron gate positioned between square piers that have bold, slightly domed cappings with sunk panels. Each side of the gate is flanked by a quadrant of wall that supports short balusters and a moulded coping on a bed course, which returns to short straight runs on either side, matching the width of the plot.
