- Mid or late C18. Red brick with grey headers (Flemish bond). Late C19 pitched tile roof with overhanging eaves and wooden eaves cornice on consoles. Brick blocking course to gable ends, with tile coping, and taken on kneelers. Late C19 red brick chimneys with cornicing. 2 storeys and attics. 3 window range, of which 2 flanking ones have canted bays on both floors with double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, and moulded cornices above each floor, space between storeys is weather boarded and sprocketed, from ground floor upwards these canted bays are late C19 [photograph of circa 1870]. West canted bay has cellar window at pavement level. Central window range has 1 segment-headed double hung sash window on 1st floor, and on ground floor 1 door with 4 moulded and fielded panels in lower half, and glazed panels in upper half, set in panelled reveals, surrounded by a moulded embrasure with triple keystone, and prominent pediment over, taken on consoles. 5 limestone steps up to door, flanked by iron railings with 2 bootscrapers, 2 baluster motifs and 1 urn finial.
