North elevation red brick with grey headers. East elevation beach flint with red brick dressings. West elevation rendered. Pitched tile roof, with 2 hipped extensions to north. East chimney red brick. West chimney rendered. 2 storeys. Red brick modillion eaves cornice. South elevation double-fronted with 2 windows on ground floor, and 3 on 1st floor, all double-hung sashes with glazing bars. 1 door masked by modern porch. North elevation has 2 double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, 1 casement with glazing bars, and 1 planked door with glazed panels inserted; all other openings modern.
