Description
No. 3 Brewery Hill is an early 19th-century building constructed from nodular flint with red brick dressings and Pulborough stone quoins. It features a pitched slate roof and red brick chimneys that include some grey headers. The building has two storeys and is adorned with a red brick modillion eaves cornice. On the first floor, there are three modern casement windows, and on the ground floor, there are two modern casement windows, all set within original segment-headed openings. Additionally, there is one segment-headed double-hung sash window with glazing bars on the ground floor, along with two segment-headed doors, each with glazed upper halves featuring glazing bars. Nos. 1 and 3 Brewery Hill, along with the wall of No. 3, form a group.
