Description

This is an early 19th-century warehouse, originally associated with the Arun River Board. It is constructed primarily of nodular flint with red brick dressings. The gable ends are red brick, incorporating grey headers. The roof is now tiled, but is a modern replacement. The building is two storeys high.

The north elevation features a planked door with a segmental head, planked double doors, a tarred loft door on the first floor, and a tarred louvre above it. The east elevation contains three casement windows on each floor, all with glazing bars; the ground floor windows have segment-headed tops. The south elevation features a two-storey opening framing a door at ground level, a louvred section above that, and a modern casement window on the first floor.

The warehouse forms a group with numbers 21 to 23 on the opposite side of the road.
