Description

This is a late 18th-century building on the west side of Arun Street. It is constructed of red brick with brick voussoirs, brick gable parapets, and red brick chimneys. The roof is slate, pitched, with tarred end walls. The building is three storeys high and features a brick modillion eaves cornice. There are two ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The front entrance has a six-panelled door with a semi-circular fanlight. The building is part of a group with numbers 4 to 18 (even) and 1 to 13 (odd) on the same side, as well as numbers 67, 69, and 69A on Tarrant Street.
