Description

This is an early 19th-century former warehouse. It is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers on the ground floor, with modern weather-boarding above. The roof is double-pitched and covered in slate. The building is three storeys high. The north elevation has two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars and segmental heads, one modern segmental bow window with glazing bars, and a modern door. There is also a blocked panel on the ground floor of the south elevation, along with two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars and segmental heads. The first and second floors have modern casement windows throughout.
