Description
This building is a warehouse, dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of red brick in English bond and features a pantile roof with a single late 19th-century ridge stack.
The exterior is two storeys high with a five-bay front and a lean-to at the right-hand end. On the ground floor, there are two doorways to the left, with a pair of openings between them. To the right, there is another opening, but all five openings are currently boarded up. Further to the right, there is a planked door and two smaller openings with bars. The lean-to section has two planked doors. All openings have brick segmental heads. Above the ground floor, there are four sash windows at the eaves. To the right, there are two lower openings on the first floor, which include a two-light planked hatch and a planked doorway with a worn sill. The interior has not been inspected.
