Description

This is a warehouse built in the early 19th century. It features painted Flemish bond brickwork, a brick central ridge stack, and a tiled roof. The building has a rectangular plan with a central through archway and is two storeys high with an eight-window range. There is a wide carriage entrance leading to the rear yard, which has a mid-20th century steel lintel and double gates. The ground floor has segmental-arched openings with headers, arranged in a 3:4 pattern, and doorways at either end. The left-hand doorway leads to a caretaker's flat and includes a fanlight. The first-floor windows are higher to the left of the entrance, and there is a flat-headed opening above the archway. All windows were boarded at the time of review. The interior has not been inspected but is noted to have original queen post trusses, with no other significant features mentioned.
