Description

No. 9 Dolphin Lane is a house and shop dating from the early 19th century, with minor alterations made in the 20th century. The building is constructed of red brick in English bond, with the ground floor rendered. It stands three storeys high and has two bays. The early 19th-century door and shop front feature narrow pilasters, roundels, a fascia, and a cornice. On the first floor, there are two glazing bar sash windows with brick segmental heads, and the second floor has two smaller windows of a similar style. The interior has not been inspected.
