Description

No. 16 Market Place is a shop built in the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. The building is constructed of painted brick and features a slate roof behind a parapet, along with a moulded cornice.

The exterior has three storeys and a two-bay front, which includes a 20th-century shop front. On the first floor, there are two glazing bar sash windows, and on the second floor, there are two smaller windows of a similar style. All windows have splayed cambered brick heads. The interior has not been inspected.
