Cottage. Late C17. Timber framed of thin scantling, exposed over whitewashed brick ground floor on street elevation. Whitewashed brick infill above and whitewashed rubble with brick angle quoins on right hand return front. Plain tiled half-hipped roof with tile hung ends. T-shaped plan, the "cross" of the T at right angles to the street. Oversailing gable to centre of right hand return front. Centre stack to rear wing. Two storeys. One diamond-pane leaded casement on each floor of half-hipped end. One first floor and two ground floor diamond pane casement windows on the right hand return front. Porch recess to left of centre on street front at angle with front range.
