Description
Lee Crouch is a hall house dating from the early 16th century, and possibly even earlier. It features a timber frame that is clad in red and brown brick, with an 18th-century extension to the left. The building has a steeply pitched plain tiled hipped roof with gablets. It stands two storeys high on a plinth, showcasing brick dentilled eaves and a large inserted stack on the left side.
On the first floor of the original section, there are three diamond-pane leaded casements, while the ground floor has three windows, one of which is set under a segmental head. The lower extension to the left includes one first floor window and two ground floor windows. There is a former door to the left of centre that has been blocked. To the right end, there is a single storey porch featuring a 20th-century part glazed door.
