Description

Pound Land is a house that dates from the late 17th century and was refronted in the 18th century. It has been extended at the rear. The house features a timber frame that is exposed at the rear left and on the right-hand return front, with white-washed roughcast cladding across the front. The roof is hipped and covered with plain tiles. The building stands two storeys high and has multiple corbelled stacks located to the right of the centre and to the left. There are three leaded windows on the first floor and three windows below. A door is positioned to the left of centre, sheltered by a flat hood. The right-hand return front also has leaded windows. Additionally, there are wings at right angles to the rear.
