Description

Oakhurst is a cottage dating from the late 17th century. It features a timber frame set on a brick plinth, with colourwashed brick infill arranged in square panels and thin framing. The roof is half-hipped and covered with plain tiles, complete with end gablets. The cottage has two storeys and consists of two framed bays. There is an offset stack at the left end, along with an additional stack at the rear. The building includes one storey and an attic, which is adorned with two gabled dormers that have some old glass in diamond-pane leading. On the ground floor, there are two windows, and the door is positioned to the left of centre. A wing extends to the rear.
