Description

This is a mid-19th century building of three storeys and three windows, located on the west side of Castle Street. The exterior is stuccoed, with long and short quoins visible. A string course is situated above the first floor, and an eaves cornice runs along the top. The roof is slate covered. The windows are arched at the top. A carriage archway is present, alongside a modern shop front, at ground floor level. The building is part of a group of listed buildings including numbers 1 to 9 Lowndes Buildings, also in Castle Street.
