Description
The Brew House, stable, and oast house, located 20 yards north of Lagham Manor, date back to the late 18th century. The building features a brick base with timber framing above, which is clad in weatherboard. It has a half-hipped, plain tiled roof, and the oast houses have conical roofs. The stable and brew house are situated on the left, while the oast houses are positioned to the rear right. The structure is two storeys tall and has three casement windows on the first floor, along with two camber head windows on the ground floor to the right. There is a flat, open carriage entry on the left and a stable door to the right of centre. Access to the flat is via an external stair on the left-hand return front. The two circular oast houses attached to the rear right stand approximately 20 feet high.
