Description
South Park Farm House is a house dating from around 1600, with 19th and 20th century extensions at the rear. It features a square panel timber frame set on a brick and stone base, with brick cladding on the front and a plain tiled roof. The house has an end ridge stack to the left and another stack to the right of the center. It is two storeys tall with an attic, which is highlighted by a central gabled casement dormer. The front has an irregular arrangement of four 20th century leaded casement windows on the first floor, and an angle bay window on the ground floor to the right, topped with a tiled pent roof. To the left of the angle bay, there are double casement doors, and to the right of the center, there is a 20th century ribbed and part glazed door beneath a flat porch hood. The right-hand return front shows exposed framing below and a tile-hung gable above. The rear of the house has three hipped roof wings.
