Description
Jessamine Cottage and Sandridge is a cottage row dated 1781, located on the east side of High Street. The building features galleted ironstone with brick dressings below and is tile hung above. It has a plain tiled roof with a large rear ridge stack at the center. The structure is two storeys high, with six leaded casements across the first floor and ground floor windows to the left under cambered heads. There are planked doors in a pent roof porch hood on thin wooden supports at the left end (Jessamine Cottage) and another door in a porch recess to the right (Sandridge). A catslide extension extends across the rear.
