5/36 Crutchfield Farm House 7/2/72 GV II

House. C17 with C19 alterations. Timber framed, exposed, on rendered plinth with rendered infill, diamond pattern tile hung gable to left and brick connecting wall to left of centre; red and blue brick to rear, tile hung above. Plain tiled roofs with end stack to right and left of centre, ridge stack to right. 2 storeys and attics in 2 jettied gables on bressumers and moulded brackets, with barge- board and finials above to right, further gable bay to left end linked to centre by single storey screen wall. Two 3-light leaded casement windows to first floor right, one in each gable, two further windows to left gable. Leaded window to ground floor centre. Ribbed door to right and brick single storey porch to left with half glazed door. Gabled wing set back from front on right hand return front with carved dragon posts to angles, jettied first floor and quatrefoil bargeboard decoration. Polygonal angle bay on end of wing at right angles to rear left.
