Description

Westlands Farmhouse is an early 17th-century two-bay house featuring an end chimney. A 19th-century parallel range has been added to the structure. The original 17th-century rear range is two storeys high, with weatherboarding and an additional bay of red brick on the ground floor, while the upper floor is tile hung. There are two later casement windows and a tiled roof. The front range, dating from the 19th century, has a ground floor of painted brick and a first floor hung with curved tiles, also topped with a tiled roof and one casement window. Notable features include old hinges and latches on the stair door.
