Description

The Orchard Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century. It features a timber frame with whitewashed brick cladding at the bottom and tile hanging above. The roof is plain tiled and half hipped, with a large ridge stack located to the right of the center. The building has two storeys and four windows across the first floor, including one horizontal sliding sash window positioned to the right of the center. There is a 19th-century door to the left of the center. On the right-hand return front, there is weatherboarding below the tile hanging above.
