Description

The Hopps is a 17th-century house located on Reigate Road. It features a two-bay central chimney lobby entrance design with an L-shaped layout and a back kitchen wing. The building is two storeys high, constructed with a timber frame that has been refaced with red brick on the ground floor and tile hung above. It has a tiled roof and includes three casement windows on the south side, along with two sash windows with glazing bars on the west side. There is a gabled weather porch on the west and a large ingle nook hearth in the back kitchen.
