Description

The Moorings is a 17th-century timber-framed house located on the south side of Earith High Street. It features a three-unit plan with a lobby entry and is finished with a rendered brick casing. The roof is covered with plain tiles and has parapet gables. The building has a range of three horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor, and four hung sash windows with glazing bars set in segmental arches on the ground floor. There is a modern door situated to the right of the center. Inside, the rear wall framing is exposed, showcasing chamfered main beams and a restored inglenook hearth.
