Description

Riverside, dated 1783 according to a plaque, is a single-storey building on the south side of Earith High Street. The building is constructed of small local brick, with a tumbled parapet gable to the right hand and a modern plain tile and corrugated iron roof. It has four windows, each with a segmental arch; two windows contain two fixed lights. A central door, also with a segmental arch and a plaque above, is now sealed. A modern door has been inserted to the left hand. A single-storey back range extends to No. 52. The building holds group value as an example of an 18th-century building in the High Street.
