Description

TACKLEY NETHERCOTE ROAD SP4820 (North-east side) 6/73 Nos.23 and 25 (Coffee Lodge) GV II Pair of houses. Early C19. Regular coursed limestone. C20 cement tile roof; brick end stack. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Front is treated as a single house, with a central plank door to a passage. No.23 on left has late C19 plain shop front with altered door. No.25 has 3-light casement with horizontal glazing bars. First floor has 2-light casements with various glazing bars. Stone flat arches with keystones throughout. Interiors not inspected. Included for group value.
