Small house, and cottage, now one dwelling. Early C18, altered C20. Coursed limestone rubble with wooden lintels; concrete pantile roof with rubble ridge stacks. 3-unit and single-unit plans. 2 storeys, now partly lowered. 3-window front of larger 2-storey section has 2-light leaded casements at first floor; at ground floor the outer bays have 3-light casements, but the middle bay has a single-light window, a 2-light casement and the entrance. To right a lower section has two C20 ground-floor windows, but was formerly a separate cottage. Steep-pitched roof has 2 stacks. Interior: chamfered beams; cottage bay has a large open fireplace.
