SU59NE MARSH SALOON B4015 (North side) Little Baldon 5/3 Nos. 1 and 2 (Dairy Cottages) approx. 250m. W of Little Baldon Farmhouse

House, now 2 cottages. Mid C18. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings; old plain-tile roof with brick gable stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys plus attics. Symmetrical 3-window front in banded rubble and ashlar with a stone eaves cove, has a central doorway below a 2-light casement with 3-light casements in outer bays, those at ground floor with segmental arches. Rear is also symmetrical with a central stair window. Double-span roof has 2 gabled roof dormers at the front and one at the rear. Interior not inspected.
