Description

Pilgrim Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century. It is a rectangular timber-framed building with brick infill. The roof is covered with old tiles, and there is a brick chimney stack at the right end. The house originally comprised two rooms. It has two storeys and a two-window front. A mid-18th century six-panelled door is located in the right gable end. Later 19th century three-light windows and 20th century casement windows are present. The interior has not been inspected, but is likely to be of interest. The building is of group value.
