Description

This icehouse, located approximately 20 meters south of The Manor House in Stadhampton, dates from the 18th century. It is constructed from limestone rubble with some brickwork. The entrance is low and features a wooden lintel, with the left jamb made of brick. Above the entrance, there is an earth mound. Inside, the structure consists of a rectangular chamber with a tunnel vault.
