Description
The ice house, located 200 meters northwest of Stretton Hall, dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of painted red brick and features random tile cladding above ground. The structure has a sunken circular plan and a domed shape, with a pointed arch door and a small circular opening at the peak. Inside, the ice house is limewashed and is sunken 1.5 meters below ground.
