It has a one-unit plan, is single-storey plus attic, and has a one-window range. The entrance on the right has a panelled and glazed door with a moulded wood frame and wood lintel. To the left is a three-light metal casement window in a wood frame with a wood lintel, and there is a similar window in the attic. The interior has not been inspected.
The house abutting on the left is from the early to mid-18th century and is constructed of regular coursed ironstone rubble with a steeply pitched corrugated-iron roof and brick end stacks. It has a two-unit plan, is two storeys high, and has a two-window range. The entrance on the left features a plank door with a wood frame. The ground floor has two three-light 20th-century casement windows, and there are similar two-light windows on the first floor, all with wood lintels.
