Description

Sundial Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of squared, coursed ironstone and features a steeply pitched roof covered with 20 tiles. The building has brick stacks at each end and a three-unit plan, standing two storeys tall with an attic. The front has a three-window range, with a central stone porch flanked by 20th-century casement windows that have wooden lintels. On the first floor, there are also 20th-century windows with wooden lintels, and a sundial is located on the right side of the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
