Description
This is a house located at the top right of a row, approximately 50 metres east of Tudor Cottage. It dates from the late 17th century to early 18th century and has undergone later alterations and additions. The building is constructed of regular coursed ironstone rubble and features a steeply pitched corrugated asbestos roof with a brick stack at one end.
The house consists of two storeys plus an attic and includes a single-unit layout with a single-storey extension on the right. The front has a one-window range, with the entrance in the extension featuring a 20th-century porch and a renewed door. To the left, there are two 20th-century casement windows with wooden lintels. On the first floor, there is a two-light wooden casement window with a wooden lintel. The rear of the house has wooden mullioned windows with wooden lintels. The interior is said to contain beams and an inglenook fireplace, although it has not been inspected.
