Farmhouse. Datestone T and AB 1606. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Steeply pitched stone slate roof. Stone stacks to ends and ridge. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attic. 4-window range. Doorway off-centre to left has plank door with rails, moulded hood surrounds, flat hood and wooden lintel. 4-light stone mullioned window to left has hood mould and label stops. Similar window to right. First floor: A 3- and 4-light casement to left both with wooden lintels. To right a 3-light stone mullioned window with fragmentary remains of a hood mould and a 3-light casement with chamfered wooden lintel. Most windows have wrought iron casement fasteners. 3 gabled attic dormers. Stone coping to right. Catslide roofed extension to left has re-set 2-light C13 window. 4-light stone mullioned window to right end has renewed hood mould. Rear: Gabled 2 storey staircase projection. 2-unit extension to right. Interior: Chamfered beams, C17 stone fireplace, finely detailed plank doors wide wooden spiral stair.
