Description

This is a three-cottage dwelling, now combined into one house, dating to the 17th and 18th centuries. The exterior is constructed of regular coursed ironstone rubble with a thatched roof. The building has three stacks, one running along the ridge and another to the right. The house has a three-unit plan and a single storey with an attic. The front elevation has a three-window arrangement. A 20th-century door is located on the right, having a moulded wood surround and a continuous lintel, accompanied by a 20th-century window to its right. To the left is a small window, and a 20th-century window is inserted within the doorway, also with a wooden lintel. A plank door with a glazed panel, a moulded wood frame and an original lintel is on the far left. There are two 2-light and one single-light wooden casement windows in the attic. The interior was not inspected, but is noted to have beams and an inglenook fireplace.
