Description
Street Farmhouse is an 18th-century house constructed from regularly coursed ironstone rubble. It features a steeply pitched stone slate roof laid in diminishing courses, with two stone end stacks (partly renewed) and one lateral stack. The house has a four-unit plan and stands two storeys plus an attic high, with a five-window range. The central panelled door is framed by moulded wood surrounds and a stone flat arch. On the left side of the door, there are two windows: a three-light casement and a single-light casement. To the right, there is a two-light and a three-light casement. The first floor has two three-light casements and two single-light casements flanking a central blocked window, with all windows featuring stone flat arches. The house also has two gabled roof dormers and single-storey extensions at the rear on both the left and right sides.
