Two houses located on School Road, dating from the 17th century on the left and the early 19th century on the right. The left house, No. 12, is built of coursed limestone rubble and features a hipped and gabled concrete tile roof. It has a 20th-century brick stack at the right end and a stone stack finished in 18th-century brick at the left end. The house has a three-unit plan and is two storeys tall with a three-window range. There are timber lintels over two 20th-century doors on the left, one of which has a 20th-century bracketed hood. The windows include chamfered and roll-stopped timber lintels over 20th-century casements, as well as two 17th-century three-light ovolo-moulded wood-mullioned windows with leaded lights on the first floor to the left. There are also timber lintels over 20th-century casements and two 18th-century three-light leaded casements on the first floor to the left. A 20th-century gabled roof dormer is present.

To the right, No. 10 is constructed of coursed limestone with a gabled Welsh slate roof and a brick end stack. This house is also two storeys tall but has a one-window range with timber lintels over 20th-century three-light casements. There is a 19th-century one-storey porch to the right, made of limestone rubble with a hipped Welsh slate and stone slate roof. The interior features chamfered roll-stopped beams on the ground floor, along with a similar lintel at the rear right. No. 6 has not been inspected. These houses were formerly known as Nos. 6-12 (even).
