Description
Jervis and Partners consists of two houses, now used as offices, built around 1830-1840. The structure is made of red brick with stone dressings and features a hipped slate roof, along with brick ridge and lateral stacks. It stands three stories tall with a basement and has a total of five window openings.
There are two entrances accessed by stone steps with railings, each featuring six-panelled doors, overlights, and pilaster surrounds. The ground floor has three canted bay windows with sash windows that include glazing bars. On the first floor, there are three glazed doors and two sash windows, also with glazing bars, all framed by stepped stone voussoirs. The second floor contains five sash windows with glazing bars, again with stepped stone voussoirs. Flanking pilasters extend from the ground to the second floors, and there is a moulded eaves cornice. A wrought-iron balcony is present on the first floor. The interiors have not been inspected.
