Description

Yew Tree House is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of ashlar ironstone and features a slate roof. The gables are stone-coped with moulded kneelers, and there are stone end stacks with brick shafts. The house has a central-staircase plan and stands two storeys tall with a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door with a moulded wood frame, an overlight, and a moulded stone architrave. This entrance is flanked by sash windows with barns, and there is a keyblock stone architrave. The first floor has three similar windows. The interior has not been inspected.
