Description

The well housing opposite the village pond in Sibford Gower dates from the 18th or 19th century and is constructed of ironstone ashlar. It has a square plan and stands approximately 1 metre high. The structure features a small hinged plank door and is topped with a stepped cornice that has a ball finial.
