House. Datestone noted as 1770. Regular coursed ironstone rubble faced with ashlar; Welsh slate roof; stone stack to left; brick stacks to ridge and right. 2-unit plan. Single storey plus attic. 2-window range. 4-panelled door to left has moulded wood surround and keystoned stone surround. Two 2-light C20 casements to right. Attic has two 2-light casements. Illegible datestone between attic windows has moulded hood. Fire plaque above door. (V.C.H.: Oxfordshire, Vol.XI, p.57).
